Bre

As a soloist, Bre specializes in aerial rope. Bre has performed her aerial rope act at numerous venues including the 16th International Festival of Circus, CIRCUBA in Havana, Cuba (2017- aerial rope), as well as with the Italian family circus, Zoppe Circus (2016 – aerial rope) and numerous cabaret shows and festivals (aerial rope, duo aerial chains) throughout the United States.

Alex

Alex’s solo speciality is aerial straps. He has performed as a solo aerialist in Illumination Sensation at the State Fair of Texas, USA, as well as taking up the role of Puck in Project in Motion’s aerial adaptation of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”. He has also performed as a soloist, duo, and ensemble member at numerous venues in the Chicago area, USA.

Duo Brutale

Bre and Alex started working as a duo together on aerial chains as they saw their overlap in artistic vision and appreciation for physical strength and desire for bringing forth a sense of ease and sensuality in the air on chains. As a duo, Bre and Alex specialize in aerial chains, aerial straps, and Spanish web.

Duo Brutale has been a resident act at Michelle L’Amour presents Unbridled at Untitled nightclub and Aloft’s Sanctuary in Chicago, IL. They have also performed across the country and internationally, with Zoppé Circus, the Vampire Circus, Theatre Bizarre, Lagunitas Beer Circus, House of Yes, and more.
